Cuban baseball agent was a personal prisoner of Castro

Juan Ignacio Nodar, a Cuban born baseball agent released In Nov 2009 after 13 plus years In a hellish Cuban prison says he was a personal prisoner of Castro.

A cousin of another Cuban American baseball agent, Joe Cubas, Nodar helped his cousin produce over 10 million dollars In contracts for these lucky few by 1996.

Humiliating subsequent losses by Team Cuba In International competition marked him a wanted man, sought personally for punishment by dictator and slave owner of Cuba's national baseball team Fidel Castro Ruz.

After his arrest In Sancti Spiritus @ a baseball tournament In 1996, he was sentenced to 15 years prison, where he lost over 63 pounds In just four months, as well as enduring years In Isolated confinement.

We recently spoke to Nodar In the Dominican where he's back In business assisting ball players at his 'Warriors' base ball training camp.

From there he splits his time with south Florida, from where we made contact with him via a family relative Mya Cigars owner Jorge Rodriguez Sr. More
